We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the size not fitting. We accept exchange requests for most items within 7 days after you receive the package. Considering the time required for returns and reshipments, as well as the nature of our fashion business, we strongly recommend that you request a return for a refund and then place a new order for the correct size before it sells out.

After receiving your package, we need 3-5 business days to process your refund or exchange request.
We will refund to the original payment method
We will refund the out-of-stock amount, shipping out-of-stock amount, damaged goods amount, quality issue amount, style/color/size error amount, and the amount for packages not received.
If you are not completely satisfied with the received product, we sincerely apologize, and you can initiate a dispute.
You can raise a dispute within 30 days after receiving the package.
