If you are not completely satisfied with the item received, we sincerely apologize. You can raise a dispute within 30 days after receiving the package.

You need to select the type of issue, upload photos as evidence, and describe the problem. Our after-sales staff will respond within 48 hours, so please pay attention to the dispute messages. If the issue is valid, the refund will be returned to your 86jewelry.com account within 24 hours after the result is announced. If you wish to refund to the original payment method, please apply on the dispute page or contact your dedicated customer service.

For returns, you have 7 days to consider whether you really need to return the item. If you want to return it, please initiate a dispute and request a return in the message.

Return conditions:

· The following items cannot be returned: independently customized items that are not quality issues.

Returned items must remain unused and retain the original packaging. Any returned items that have been worn, damaged, cleaned, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

· Items marked as non-returnable and gifts cannot be returned.

· We do not accept items returned without a formal return request.

· We do not provide cash on delivery services. Return costs (shipping fees and duties) must be borne by the customer.

Please check carefully before sending the return package, as we are not responsible for any lost returned items. Once we receive your return package, we will immediately begin processing the refund to your 86jewelry account. If you need a refund to the original payment account, please indicate it in the dispute information.

Note: Original shipping fees and shipping deposits are non-refundable.
